While catching up on the Marketplace podcast, I listened to an interview with General Stanley McChrystal on the topic of leadership. An overall good interview, with many interesting topics – I was hooked at the beginning when they discussed “who needs to know.”
The old idea that we will only share information with someone who needs to know, that’s sort of the tagline from movies and whatnot, is basically flawed because — who knows who needs to know?
